I know i have not posted in a while but working on several projects in a row right now a few websites

  Creto's/Kade's Law: A law that has been named out of respect for David (Creto) Sherry, who was struck and killed while riding his motorcycle on July 11, 2014 in- Guilderland, NY and Kade O’Brien who was struck and killed while riding his motorcycle on April 11, 2011- in Pittsford, NY. Both Creto and Kade were killed when another motorist made an illegal turn directly in the path of their motorcycles (failing to yield right-of-way). Motorcyclist along with bicyclist, pedestrians and several other users of the highway should be considered as “vulnerable users” of the highway. Creto’s/Kade’s Law looks to hold motor vehicle operators accountable for blatantly committing moving violations (57 of them) of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law that result in the death of a motorcyclist or a passenger on a motorcycle. Having this law on the books will: #1. Bring about a heightened awareness to motorcycle fatalities caused by other motor vehicles. #2. Bring about accountability for a motorist taking the life of a motorcyclist, and allow law enforcement to charge a motorist with a Class D felony.  Sophia's Slumber depicts my friend's grandchild asleep. The picture is so precious I could not help myself. Wishing only the sweetest dreams for the little one.  I created this to commemorate my brother Jim meeting his Weight Watchers amazing goal.

I made this for Kevin Tiernan depicting his two son's Brian and Pat jamming together. Patrick (Pat) Duane Tiernan was born on March 31, 1983 (Pat on the left, Brian in the middle and Kevin on the right) Pat passed away July 24, 2012 at the age of 29 you can read the rest on the following link

He is and will be greatly missed by everyone he ever touched. Thanks to family and friends Pat’s legacy will being going strong for years to come. Kevin Tiernan and family have created the "The Pat Tiernan music scholarship fund” to help local music students achieve their goals in Pat's memory.
